The role of Balancing Service Provider (BSP) is regulated and formalized in the current BSP agreement and appendices.
About the agreement
The agreement regulates issues relating to the delivery of balancing services and describes, among other things:
- The obligations of the BSP and Svenska kraftnät
- Responsibility for settlement
- Technical conditions for each balancing service
